#art #nativeamerican - I love that custom Northwest Indian art killerwhale carved by master carver Gary Baker of Squamish Nation, BC that we commissioned on behalf of a customer. Here’s a closer look at what he did for the head area. He used an abalone part for the eye of the killerwhale and it looks great. What do you think of it?

#eskimo #arctic #art - Here is a rare Eskimo igloo carving. Notice the spear that is near the entrance. The top of the igloo is also removable to reveal the inside which is quite neat. What do you think of this Eskimo igloo carving?

#inuit #art - Here is an odd looking Inuit inukshuk carving. It’s almost like the carver wanted a modern art, abstract look but it is interesting. What do you think of this Inuit inukshuk?

#art #nativeamerican #native #drums — Here is another Native American drum design by Haida artist John Davidson. You can see the drum stick that goes along with it underneath. This was part of a travelling display of his artwork. How do you like it?

#inuit #art #arctic - Here is a typical Inuit art print showing Arctic life. Very different from the Northwest Native art I’ve been showing here. Inuit art drawings seem to have a child-like quality to them but they are in demand around the world.
What do you think of this Inuit art print?

#art #indian - Here is a wonderful Northwest Indian art original painting of a bear that we sold through Free Spirit Gallery to a local courier company. This is one piece I think I should have kept for myself! And to think that it was an original too.
But at least somebody is probably really enjoying this Northwest Indian art bear now. How do you like it?
