All of our art treasures are carefully packed with 1/2 inch thick (1 inch diameter) bubblewrap. In fact, all items are 'overpacked' to ensure that they are floating in air as shown on the photo below. This bubblewrapped piece is then further floated within a sturdy box filled with other packing materials.
Of
course, if any items do arrive damaged, simply return it to us for a
full refund. Your purchase is risk free from damaged items (note
that we do not accept returns if any artwork was delivered undamaged --
it is not fair to our artists, many whom do not have high incomes).
We use Expedited Postal Services and FedEx Ground delivery for most shipping. These services usually take 5 to 15 business days for delivery within North America. Each item page specifies shipping rates. Free Spirit Gallery offers FREE shipping within United States and Canada for many of our items. Shipping to a P.O. Box number may require a surcharge depending on the item.
