This is a magnificent Pacific Northwest Native art carving of a grass dancer by Alfie Fishgap, who is of Coast Salish Nation, BC background. Alfie is a master carver and currently lives in Holland Landing, Ontario, Canada.

carefully burned into a cross section of log by the artist.
