Northwest Indian Art Canoe Paddle Shipped

Northwest Indian Art Canoe Paddle

It’s not everyday that a Northwest Indian artist turns a canoe paddle into artwork, much less one actually being sold. Northwest Indian artist Alfie Fishgap made a few of these paddles and Free Spirit Gallery proudly displays them at our Northwest Indian Art Paddles section.

Well, this week was quite exciting for both Alfie as well as Free Spirit Gallery as we sold and shipped one of his art paddles to a lucky customer in Georgia, USA who wanted it as part of a wedding anniversary gift.

So here are a few photos we took of this Northwest Indian art paddle before we packed and shipped it off. These photos hopefully give you an appreciation on just how wonderful this artwork is. We chose to shoot this outdoors against a patio glass sliding door to show the size of this piece as it is a full length canoe paddle measuring in at five feet.

Here are some shots of the designs on the shaft of the canoe paddle including where Alfie Fishgap signed his name.

Just imagine how this canoe paddle will look hanging on a wall!

If you missed out on this canoe paddle, don’t worry as we have three more made by Alfie Fishgap on our Northwest Indian Art Paddles webpage at our gallery.
