Admirers of Native Tribal masks will certainly not be disappointed if visiting the Museum of Civilization near Ottawa in Canada. The museum has a giant collection of Pacific Northwest Native Tribal masks on permanent display.

On the other end of the scale in terms of complexity, the Museum of Civilization has some gorgeous transformational masks which feature inner and outer masks. The outer mask opens up to reveal the inner mask. Below are two fine examples.
Some Native Tribal masks were designed to fit all around the wearer including the back rather than just in front of the face. An example is the killer whale mask shown below.
