This is an exquisite Inuit carving of an inukshuk by Pits Koperqualuq of Cape Dorset, Nunavut. Inukshuk carvings are one of Pits' specialties.
This classic inukshuk sculpture is carved from a dark green/black stone with white/gray natural veining. It is 5 3/4 inches high, 2 3/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches.
Since this is an authentic, hand-made, one of a kind Inuit artwork, it comes with an official Canadian government Igloo tag as well as a signed gallery certificate certifying its authenticity.
