This is an exquisite Inuit carving of a bird
by Adla Korgak of Iqaluit, Nunavut. Alda was born in 1943 and is one of the
most established carvers in Nunavut.
This carving is 2 1/4 inches in deep, 5 inches
wide and 2 1/2 inches high. Notice the two eggs in the nest. It is signed
by the carver. The stone is green serpentine.
