This is an exquisite Inuit art carving of an Arctic bird by Tom Curley of Cape Dorset, Nunavut. Tom specializes in Arctic bird carvings.
This bird carving is 4 1/2 inches long, 1 3/4 inches high by 1 1/2 inches. It is beautifully shaped on a dark green serpentine stone with natural light green and gray veining.
Since this is an authentic, hand-made, one of a kind Inuit artwork, it comes with an official Canadian government Igloo tag as well as a signed gallery certificate certifying its authenticity.
