This is an exquisite Inuit art sculpture of a dancing bear by Nujalia Tunillie of Cape Dorset, Nunavut. Nujalia is one of the best emerging bear carvers from Cape Dorset.
This carving is 3 inches by 1 3/4 inches and 5 1/4 inches high. The stone is a beautiful dark green serpentine with black and gray natural veining.
Since this is an authentic, hand-made, one of a kind Inuit artwork, it comes with an official Canadian government Igloo tag as well as a signed gallery certificate certifying its authenticity.
