This is an exquisite Inuit art sculpture of a handstanding polar bear by Abraham Simeonie of Cape Dorset, Nunavut. It is perfectly balanced on one front paw!
This polar bear carving is 2 1/4 inches high, 2 inches by 3 inches in length. This is a beautiful dark brown/black stone with light brown and gray natural veining. It is definitely an expertly carved little piece.
