This is an exquisite Inuit carving of a dancing polar bear by Enook Manomie of Iqaluit, Nunavut.

This carving is 1 3/4 inches in length, 3 3/4 inches wide and 6 inches high. It is signed by the carver. The stone is black serpentine.
