This is an exquisite Eskimo Inuit basket made by Emily Novalinga of Kujjuarapik, Nunavik. It was weaved from the native sea lyme grass that grows in Nunavik (Arctic Quebec).
This Eskimo Inuit basket is 4 inches high with a 6 1/2 inch diameter. It is beautifully done with a nice design. This unique Native Arctic basket would look great on the shelf.
Since this is an authentic, hand-made, one of a kind Inuit artwork, it comes with an official Canadian government Igloo tag as well as a signed gallery certificate certifying its authenticity.
Our price below in the gold box is 20% to 50% lower than for a comparable piece found at a street retail gallery. Add in the free shipping within North America and you will see that this piece is of exceptional value.
